  Our Practitioners:

Sophie (Sheng Chun Zhang) has 9 years in total of medical education, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM), and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in NanJing University of TCM (China), and another Master’s degree of Science Medicine in Sheffield University (UK). 

Sophie was a lecturer in NanJing University of TCM and worked as a doctor in its affiliated hospital before she came to study in Britain. She has been practising TCM again after she achieved  Master’s degree of Science Medicine in Sheffield University in 2003. Sophie is registered with ATCM (The Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine) which is a professional organization for the practice of traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal remedy, therapeutic massage called Tuina, cupping, etc.

Juan(Heng Hong Zhuang) has 5 years of medical education of both TCM and WM and received  his Bachelor’s degree of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in NanJing University of TCM (China).  Qualified as a doctor when he graduated, Juan practised in the hospital in China since 1995. He was Doctor in charge of internal medicine before he came to the UK. 

Juan has been practising TCM in Britain since 2003. He is a member of ATCM which is not only dedicated to excellence in the practice of TCM, but also promoting proper professional qualifications and the highest standards in the profession.
